Case turns
List the turns the agent took in a case
Use it to see which tools the agent called in a case, with what input and what output, how many tokens each turn spent and which model answered. Newest first. Input and output are masked by shape (emails, RUTs, phones, cards, secrets) and a tool marked noPersist leaves only its status and duration. Traces are kept 90 days; an organization with the noPersistTraces setting keeps none. Read-only and idempotent. Do not use it to read the conversation: use GET /v2/cases/{id}/messages. To know when a turn ends without polling, subscribe to the case.turn_completed event.
Required scope: turns:read.
