Cause
WhatsApp has not approved this template, so nothing can be sent with it yet.
How to fix it
Pick a template whose status is approved. List the templates to find one.
Call the endpoint named below first, then send the request again.
Endpoint: GET /v2/whatsapp/templates
Every error carries requestId and the Request-Id header. Send it when you write to support.
