The key is valid and has the scope, but what it asks for is not allowed to it: the object belongs to another organization or subaccount, or the role behind the key is too low.
How to fix it
The key is valid but not allowed this action. Use a key of the organization that owns the object, with a role that can do it. Do not retry unchanged.
