Title: Budget exceeded
Cause
A budget with the action stop reached its monthly limit, so the agent no longer answers on that scope. The budget object of the answer says which budget, its limit and what was spent.
How to fix it
Stop sending messages to this agent. Tell the person it is paused. Raise the limit of the budget with a PATCH on its id under /v2/budgets, or wait for the month to reset.
Do not retry. Only a person can fix this.
Every error carries requestId and the Request-Id header. Send it when you write to support.
