Cause
The agent cannot be turned on yet because it lacks something required: instructions or a model. The detail lists what is missing and param names the first field.
How to fix it
Activate the agent. If it lacks instructions or a model, the answer lists what to set on the agent.
Call the endpoint named below first, then send the request again.
Endpoint: POST /v2/agents/{id}/activate
Every error carries requestId and the Request-Id header. Send it when you write to support.
