# Lelemon documentation

Lelemon runs AI agents that talk to your customers on WhatsApp and email. You create the agent, define the pipeline its conversations follow, and drive everything from your own backend with one API key.

- [Quickstart](/get-started/quickstart): Create an agent, send it a message and receive the reply by webhook.
- [Set up an account from zero](/get-started/setup-from-zero): A pipeline, an agent with a prompt and tools, channels and a webhook, step by step, then a first conversation.
- [Use cases](/use-cases): Complete setups by type of business, with the calls in order and the result of each.
- [Guides](/guides/agents): Agents, pipelines, knowledge, contacts and keys, then inboxes, events, campaigns and budgets.
- [SDK, CLI and MCP](/tools/sdk): The TypeScript SDK, the command line and the MCP server for Claude and Cursor.
- [API reference](/api/v2): Every route, field and error of the v2 contract, with a request you can try.

## Make your first call

Create a key in the dashboard under Settings, Integrations. Then ask who you are:

```bash title="cURL"
curl https://api.lelemon.cl/v2/me \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $LELEMON_API_KEY"
```

```ts title="Node.js"
import { Lelemon } from '@lelemon-ai/sdk';
const lelemon = new Lelemon({ apiKey: process.env.LELEMON_API_KEY });
const me = await lelemon.me.retrieve();
```

```json title="Response"
{
  "object": "me",
  "organization": { "id": "org_..." },
  "scopes": ["agents:read", "cases:write"]
}
```

The base URL is `https://api.lelemon.cl/v2`.

## Where to go next

- **See it work in five minutes:** the [quickstart](/get-started/quickstart) creates an agent, sends it a message and receives the reply.
- **Leave an account ready for customers:** [Set up an account from zero](/get-started/setup-from-zero) configures the pipeline, the agent, its tools and channels, and a webhook, by API.
- **Copy a setup close to your business:** the [use cases](/use-cases) show complete setups with the calls in order.

## For AI agents

- [`/llms.txt`](/llms.txt) lists every page and every v2 route.
- [`/llms-full.txt`](/llms-full.txt) has the full documentation in one file.
- [`/openapi.json`](/openapi.json) is the v2 contract. If a guide and the contract disagree, the contract wins.
- Add `.md` to any page URL to read it as Markdown.

v1 (`/v1/external`) still works and is deprecated. See [Moving from v1](/guides/migrate).
