## Cause

The request is well formed and the fields are valid, but a rule of the object does not allow it in its current state. The `detail` names the rule and `param` the field when there is one.

## How to fix it

The request is well formed but cannot be done as it is. Change what the detail says, using `param` when it is present, then send the request again.

Set the parameter named below and send the request again.

Every error carries `requestId` and the `Request-Id` header. Send it when you write to support.
