# payload_too_large

**HTTP status:** 413 (Payload too large)

**Title:** Payload too large

## Cause

The body is bigger than the limit of the route. JSON bodies take up to 1 MB; a file route has its own limit, which the `detail` states.

## How to fix it

Send a smaller body. Split the content across several requests.

Set the parameter named below and send the request again.

Parameter: `body`

Every error carries `requestId` and the `Request-Id` header. Send it when you write to support.
