# model_not_supported

**HTTP status:** 422 (Unprocessable)

**Title:** Model not supported

## Cause

The `llmConfig.model` is not a public model id of the list in `GET /v2/models`, or it is one that was withdrawn.

## How to fix it

Pick a model from the list of supported models.

Call the endpoint named below first, then send the request again.

Endpoint: `GET /v2/models`

Every error carries `requestId` and the `Request-Id` header. Send it when you write to support.
