# meeting_not_active

**HTTP status:** 409 (Conflict)

**Title:** Meeting not active

## Cause

The meeting is canceled, completed or was marked as a no-show, so it cannot be canceled or moved.

## How to fix it

Read the meeting to see its status. A closed meeting cannot change.

Call the endpoint named below first, then send the request again.

Endpoint: `GET /v2/scheduling/meetings/{id}`

Every error carries `requestId` and the `Request-Id` header. Send it when you write to support.
