**Title:** Invalid timezone

## Cause

The timezone is not an IANA name. Use a name such as America/Santiago.

## How to fix it

Send an IANA timezone name in timezone, for example America/Santiago.

Set the parameter named below and send the request again.

Parameter: `timezone`

Every error carries `requestId` and the `Request-Id` header. Send it when you write to support.
