# data_connector_not_ready

**HTTP status:** 409 (Conflict)

**Title:** Data connector not ready

## Cause

The connector is not active. Read its signing secret, serve the format and call POST /v2/data-connectors/{id}/check.

## How to fix it

Run the check endpoint until the connector is active.

Call the endpoint named below first, then send the request again.

Endpoint: `POST /v2/data-connectors/{id}/check`

Every error carries `requestId` and the `Request-Id` header. Send it when you write to support.
