# actor_role_above_key

**HTTP status:** 403 (Forbidden)

**Title:** Actor role above the key

## Cause

The actor declares a role higher than this key can declare. Declare a lower role or use a key with more reach.

## How to fix it

Read `detail` in the response: it says what to change. Do not retry the same request unchanged.

Every error carries `requestId` and the `Request-Id` header. Send it when you write to support.
